i'm currently doing a project which requires us to develop a business in a very realistic manner. we have decided to come up with a restaurant. anyways. the 1st phrase was over. and on to the 2nd. guess what? since my boy is a chef. i got him to help me get some inside information such as the rental of the restaurant. suppliers for food. equipment price. renovation price. 

instead of being appreciative that we are able to get details of inside information. the leader of this project has been super unappreciative and don't even open up to the suggestion which i give. whatever. total dumbass and total waste of everyone's time. 

ARGH! when will one start to appreciate? :(
